Listen up because things are slightly different with us...

 

Items with a ‘Rear Tag’ -

So as you are probably aware, we have a ‘Rear Tag’ option which you can get printed on your gear for no extra charge. Unfortunately, we can't take any returns for any item which has a rear tag (unless the item is faulty when delivered) as they will be customised to your personal preference. We recommend checking the size charts and even messaging us before you purchase, just to save you having to try and flog the sweater onto your short mate because you didn't check the size chart! Hope that's all clear.

 

Items without a ‘Rear Tag’ 

Any item you buy which doesn't have a rear tag can easily be returned to us along as the labels are still intact and the item hasn't been worn. You can return any item which doesn't do it for you within 14 days. If this is the case, just drop us a message in the form below, giving us all the details, order number, reason etc and we will get back to you about how you get the items back to us and how you get refunded. Postage costs can not be refunded.

 

Faulty items

It's pretty rare that we will send you an item which has a defect. But if we do drop the ball, then just message us explaining the problem and we will either refund or replace dependant on circumstance and preference.
