Due to the current Covid-19 crisis delivery times may vary greatly. Our postage service, Royal Mail has been extremely short staffed in areas around the UK, this may result in lengthy delays. At the moment we cannot state what areas are affected by delays, the situation is changing frequently. We appreciate your patience with this. If orders have not arrived 14 days after you have received a dispatch notification (please check your junk mail if you have not received this), please get in touch and we can investigate. A required period of 28 days must pass until we can issue a replacement/refund for any items which have gone missing in the post. Thanks for your understanding.
